ACMP Northern California held a vibrant event, on Friday, October 16th, where sixty  of your change management colleagues benefited from thought leadership and leveraged practical tools to inspire stakeholders and business leaders with the value of leading effective change.

More About Our Panelists

Melissa Conforti is a passionate Change practitioner and Organization Effectiveness professional. She has 10+ years partnering with Business Leaders and HR to drive the realization of business results through effective readiness, adoption and sustainability planning for change initiatives. She brings a unique background from her change roles in Operations, HR, and corporate Transformation Offices. Her credentials include an MBA in International Business, along with Prosci’s Certifications in Change Management and Enterprise Change Management. Melissa is currently the Director of Organizational Change Management at Align Technology (makers of Invisalign).

Tim Creasey is a dynamic presenter, researcher and thought-leader on managing the people side of projects and initiatives to deliver organizational results and outcomes. His work forms the foundation of the largest body of knowledge in the world on change management. Through conference keynotes, presentation, webinars, tutorials and tools, he has advanced the discipline of change management by moving it out of the “soft and fuzzy” realm toward a structured, rigorous approach for driving benefit realization and value creation on projects. Tim coauthored the book Change Management: The People Side of Change and led Prosci’s last seven benchmarking studies. He was instrumental in the development of Prosci’s integrated approach to change management and has recently worked to support leading organizations in building change agility and capability as a core competency.

Margaret Kelleher is currently a Senior Manager in the Global Partner Go to Market organization at VMware. She has over 20 years of experience leading and managing change in a variety of organizations – manufacturing, operations, human resources, finance and IT. She leads a team responsible for training partners on VMware’s portfolio of Cloud Services and purchasing programs – accelerating business value for the company. Margaret presented at the ACMP Change Management 2014 conference and the ACMP Northwest Change Connect 2014 conference. Passionate about change management, she thrives on collaborating with others to deliver results. Margaret has an MA and BA in Economics from Stanford University.

Amar Raol is a Change and Transformation Lead, Google for Work. Amar leads a North America team of change management professionals for Google for Work.  In this role, he focuses on enabling partners and customers with change management best practices and strategies help Google for Work customers realize the greatest value from their investment in technology. He and his team focus on driving innovation on business processes and cultural transformations in response to growing customer needs. Amar is originally from New Jersey with a bachelors in Information Systems from Drexel University and an MBA from Georgetown. 

Erica Navarro has a background in healthcare consulting and currently leads a team tasked with influencing innovative change in California's healthcare delivery system. She is a dynamic communicator, skilled in building strong relationships within and across organizations. Erica enjoys collaborating and working in teams, and exhibits high levels of emotional intelligence and empathy. She is eager for new challenges and passionate about clinical innovation and leading healthcare change.

Dean Warman serves as the Immediate Past President on our ACMP NorCal Chapter Board of Directors and has been a change management practitioner and thought leader for 15+ years. He has been a change partner with wide variety of clients and currently is a change leader for PeopleFirm, a unique strategy/execution consultancy focused on inspired people driving inspiring performance.
